I support universities and sector bodies to design and deliver thoughtful, well-structured development opportunities for staff at all levels – from early career academics to senior leadership teams.

Peer Networks & Collaborative Learning

I have over two decades of experience designing and leading professional development in higher education, including:
- CPD for academic staff (including Advance HE Fellowship)
- Workshop series for programme leaders and module convenors
- Development frameworks for Directors of Learning & Teaching
- Leadership and curriculum enhancement programmes
Much of my work supports institutions to build internal capacity and confidence, ensuring that professional development is not only meaningful but also embedded in institutional practice.
Away Day & Executive Facilitation
I design and facilitate strategic away days for leadership groups, programme teams, Boards and cross-institutional working groups. Sessions are always customised and can include:
- Clarifying roles and responsibilities
- Developing action plans or strategic priorities
- Building shared understanding across silos
- Exploring institutional values, identity and direction
- Working through the dynamics of change or uncertainty
- I also facilitate research sandpits – collaborative, cross-disciplinary sessions to generate ideas, build relationships and shape research funding bids.
My facilitation style is human, inclusive and gently structured – providing both a reflective space and a clear sense of momentum.
